One of these load voices is Narges Mohammadi.
She has been seen in front of many women gathering, in many ceremonies and also beside the mothers that needed support.
I saw her at first in the Sattar Beheshti’s ceremony. She spoke clear. She was serious and decided.
In that ceremony she told people there that the legal system in Iran is not a fair system. Legal official don’t let the prisoner see his or her lawyer.
She also reiterated that Iranian people wants freedom and democracy. They want be free.
After that, Narges Mohammadi was arrested. She had difficulties in the prison and the security officials didn’t let her have the drugs she needed.
In objection, she started her hunger strike. On May 20th the NCRI’s Women's Committee called for immediate release of Narges Mohammadi .
It wrote: “Ms. Narges Mohammadi, a human rights activist, has gone on hunger strike since Monday May 18, to protest the denial of access to medical treatment and drugs she needs. Denial of the drugs that she should be using on a daily basis according to the prescribing physician, has deteriorated her health. Yesterday her heart beat and fluctuation was to the point that her cellmates took her to Evin prison clinic six times, but the henchmen continue to decline to deliver her essential drugs. Paying tribute to the families of political prisoners, participation and a speech at the ceremony commemorating Sattar Beheshti, a worker and blogger who was martyred under torture, protest against acid attacks on girls, working to stop the death penalty, defending prisoners of ethnic and religious minorities, are among the activities of Ms. Mohammadi that has angered the religious fascism ruling Iran, that intends to increase pressure on her by making her dossier heavier”.
